Our food truck is more than just a place to grab something sweet—it’s a little piece of Rachel’s heart and history on wheels. Meet Rachel, the proud owner and creative force behind our delicious offerings. Growing up, Rachel had the unique experience of living abroad, including spending six unforgettable years in Belgium. It was there, nestled among cobblestone streets and cozy cafés, that she first fell in love with the Liège waffle—a sweet, dense, caramelized treat unlike anything you’ll find in a typical breakfast lineup.

Now living in beautiful Washington with her incredibly supportive husband, Chris, and their two kids, Rachel is turning those cherished childhood memories into something tangible (and tasty!) for her local community. Her children are her biggest taste-testers and cheerleaders, always eager to sample a new creation inspired by her international roots.

Our mission is simple: to share the joy of authentic Liège waffles with people who might not have had the chance to experience them yet. Made with real pearl sugar and a whole lot of love, every waffle we serve is a reminder that food has the power to connect us to places, people, and moments that matter.
